Terms agreed in writing and a deposit locks your date. Done — you're booked.

The more detail you give, the faster we can confirm. All requests are reviewed personally.
Booking terms — plain and fair
- 50% deposit locks your date. Dates aren't held until the deposit clears. Balance is due 14 days before the event.
- If you cancel: 30+ days out — deposit is forfeited, but you get one free reschedule within 6 months. 14–30 days — 50% of the total fee is due. Under 14 days — the full fee is due.
- If we cancel: you get a full refund of everything paid, and we'll help you find a replacement.
- Travel & lodging: covered by the client for events beyond 50 miles.
- Everything in writing. Final quote, terms, and payment schedule are confirmed in a written agreement before anything is finalized.
Plain-language terms so everybody's clear. For large events or venue contracts, have a lawyer review the final agreement — that's just good business.
